Innvik AS was named Company of the Year at Nordfjordtreffet in April 2023.

In recent years, the family business has, through various challenges such as the financial crisis and the Covid pandemic, shown a strong ability to adapt and has made strategic moves that have led to both growth and development. Innvik AS is one of the most respected in its industry. Experience, quality and competence are in focus, and they have cooperation with several leading players in Europe. The company has significant international growth, and is a cornerstone company in Innvik. The company currently employs over 50 people and contributes to a vibrant rural community. Innvik AS also has a very clear focus on sustainability. Among other things, they aim to become CO2 neutral, and are investing over 50 million kroner to achieve this goal. Innvik AS is a worthy winner of "Company of the Year".

– An important reason why we can receive such an award is the employees at all levels. It would not have been possible to run a textile factory in international competition from Innvik without having the best people. It is our people who create the values, says Bjørn Aage Haugen.
