We can make a difference

Consumer society is eating up the earth's resources at an alarming rate. We use and throw away, buy new and throw away. As a textile manufacturer, we can make a difference.

We have invested NOK 65 million in a very modern and energy-efficient facility for dyeing and finishing. All our energy sources are renewable and with minimal CO2 emissions. This makes us confident in moving more yarn dyeing back home to Norway and Innvik. Here we combine modern technology and sustainable production with long traditions for quality products.

We believe we are among the best in sustainable textile production!

How we will achieve our goals:

Raw materials

Our products are made from sustainable raw materials. Our largest raw material is wool - it is 100% renewable and natural.

Production

We are proud to have our production in Norway and to uphold the long traditions. We work to preserve good quality and good design and have a high level of competence among our employees.

Quality and duration

There is a lot of pride in our products, where traditions and quality are central. It is important to us to know that our products can live for generations.

Renewable energy

Innvik AS has long had a vision of a climate-neutral production line. We will use clean, renewable hydropower in our production, which our collaboration with a local power supplier ensures.

Norwegian wool

Innvik AS has long and proud traditions with Norwegian wool. We are therefore very pleased, together with Kvadrat , to develop and produce the furniture textile Sisu.

Certifications

We have certified ourselves in areas that directly affect our products, in addition to environmental management and our own quality systems and routines: EU Flower, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

UN Sustainable Development Goals - where Innvik can help

Innvik AS wants to contribute where we can. We will work for a more sustainable society, with less use-and-throw and more focus on lasting quality in products. Therefore, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming a leader in sustainable textile production and delivering products that last for generations - both in terms of design and quality.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a joint work plan to eradicate poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change by 2030.
